Scientists Believe In God?

One of the most famous scientists of all time is Albert Einstein, the physicist whose very name has come to be used as a synonym for "genius." Einstein's famous theory of relativity and his E=mc2 (energy equals mass times the speed of light squared) equation has become well known, although not well understood, by millions of people all around the world. What is not commonly known about Einstein, and many other of the greatest scientists of all time, is that they were absolutely convinced of God's existence.

Albert Einstein "Every one who is seriously involved in the pursuit of science becomes convinced that a spirit is manifest in the laws of the universe - a spirit vastly superior to that of man, and one in the face of which we with our modest powers must feel humble. In this way the pursuit of science leads to a religious feeling of a special sort, which is indeed quite different from the religiosity of someone more naive."
