On The Right Hand Of God

"Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such an High Priest, Who is set on the right hand of the Throne of the Majesty in the heavens" (Hebrews 8:1-2 KJV)

"But this man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; From henceforth expecting till His enemies be made His footstool." (Hebrews 10:12-13 KJV)

"By His own blood He entered in once into the Holy Place"

Since the time that He left, having successfully offered Himself as the ultimate atoning sacrifice, Jesus Christ is fulfilling the office of High Priest that was merely symbolized by Aaron and the Levitical priesthood in The Tabernacle In The Wilderness and later in the Temple (see Temples) in Jerusalem:

Heaven

"But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building; Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by His own blood [see Why Blood?] He entered in once into the Holy Place, having obtained eternal redemption for us. For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh: How much more shall the blood of Christ, Who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? And for this cause He is the mediator of the new testament [see Covenant and Testament], that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance" (Hebrews 9:11-15 KJV)

From High Priest To The King Who Will Judge The World

Prior to His return, Jesus Christ will have been crowned as King. This ceremony was described by the prophet Daniel, although, because Daniel wrote centuries before Jesus Christ was born as a human, he uses "Ancient of Days" for The Father (because God had not yet begotten the human Jesus in Daniel's time), and "one like a son of man" for Jesus Christ (again, because God had not yet begotten the human Jesus, "one like" the son of man i.e. the descendant of Adam):

"I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought Him near before Him. And there was given Him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve Him [see Regime Change]: His dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and His kingdom that which shall not be destroyed" (Daniel 7:13-14 KJV)

And then The Return Of Jesus Christ:

"And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and He that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He doth judge [see When Will You Be Judged?] and make war [see The Prince of Peace]. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns; and He had a Name written, that no man knew, but He Himself. And He was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and His Name is called The Word of God. And the armies which were in heaven followed Him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And out of His mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it He should smite the nations: and He shall rule them with a rod of iron [see The Coming World Dictator]: and He treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And He hath on His vesture and on His thigh a Name written, King of kings, and Lord of lords." (Revelation 19:11-16 KJV)

"And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God, Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned. And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the Prophets, and to the Saints, and them that fear Thy Name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth." (Revelation 11:15-18 KJV)
