"sons of Cush; Seba .... the sons of Raamah; Sheba"
The Sabeans originated from Cush. Cush was a son who of Ham; Ham was a son of Noah.
"And the sons of Ham; Cush, and Mizraim, and Phut, and Canaan. And the sons of Cush; Seba, and Havilah, and Sabtah, and Raamah, and Sabtechah: and the sons of Raamah; Sheba, and Dedan" (Genesis 10:6-7 KJV)
Ethiopia and Seba are mentioned to gether, politically and geographically.
"But now thus saith The Lord [see also YHVH, Adonai, Jehovah, LORD] that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine. When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee."
Although the verses quoted below in Isaiah 45:14-15 may be referring in part to, according to Josephus The Historian, Moses' defeat of the "Ethiopians" while he was a commander of Egypt (see also The Education Of Moses), the references below ultimately refer to how the Sabeans will one day know the Messiah of all people:
"In his days shall the righteous flourish; and abundance of peace so long as the moon endureth. He shall have dominion also from sea to sea, and from the river unto the ends of the earth. They that dwell in the wilderness shall bow before him; and his enemies shall lick the dust. The kings of Tarshish and of the isles shall bring presents: the kings of Sheba and Seba shall offer gifts. Yea, all kings shall fall down before him: all nations shall serve him." (Psalm 72:7-11 KJV)
