First To Seventh, Not Second To First

Do you see anything wrong with the calendar shown in the illustration? Do you see anything anti-Bible, and therefore anti-God, and therefore anti-Christ, about it?

A Blasphemous Calendar The calendar is in German, but that is beside the point (I'm not picking on Germans by using this example; my ancestors were Germans and my family name is German). Such calendars are found throughout Europe and are increasingly common in the rest of the world. Look carefully at the names of the days of the week along the left column - they have Monday (which God says is the second day of the week) as the first day of the week and Sunday (which God says is the first day of the week) as the seventh day of the week.

Such a calendar, that denies the truth that "Sunday" is actually the first day of the week and that the Sabbath is the seventh day of the week, is in direct, deliberate defiance of the Holy Word of Almighty God. It denies the true Creator:

"And on the seventh day God finished His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which he had done. So God blessed the seventh day and hallowed it, because on it God rested from all His work which he had done in creation." (Genesis 2:2-3 RSV)

By denying the Creator, by contradicting that "God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it He had rested from all His work which God created and made" it therefore also denies the true Christ:

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God ... all things were made through Him, and without Him was not anything made that was made ... And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth; we have beheld His glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father." (John 1:1,3,14 RSV).

Calendars such as the one shown in the example are blasphemous.
