Celebrations Of Salvation

Christ's fulfilling of His Holy Days has been used as a rebellious excuse by unrepentant people to not observe them - the same Satanic logic as those who claim that Christ "did away" with God's Law. But Christ did not "do away" with God's Law (see Did Jesus Break The Law? and Grace Into Licentiousness) or His Holy Days. Plain examples, from The Word of God, how Passover and the Feast of Tabernacles will be observed in the future, after Christ's return, in the Kingdom of God:

"26:27 And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it; 26:28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. 26:29 But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom. 26:30 And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives." (Matthew 26:27-30 KJV)

"14:16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles. 14:17 And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain. 14:18 And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain; there shall be the plague, wherewith the LORD will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles. 14:19 This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles." (Zechariah 14:16-19 KJV)

Foreshadows Observed In A Fulfilled Way

Christ's Sacrifice was once, and for all - just as is His offer of Salvation: "6:4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened [see The Cure For The Carnal Mind], and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of The Holy Ghost, 6:5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, 6:6 If they shall fall away [see Reprobate], to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame" (Hebrews 6:4-6 KJV).

The only difference between how Christ's Holy Days (see the Fact Finder question below) were observed as living prophecies of salvation (again, see the Fact Finder question below) and how they are now observed as an actual repentant way of life is that they are now a celebration and acceptance of an accomplishment - and observed as such e.g. the difference in how Christ, the Lamb of God, observed Passover on the night before He was crucified, as an example for us. The only thing that will be "done away" regarding Christ's Holy Days will be those who are going to be cast into the lake of fire for refusing to repent and observe them. Their criminal arguments and controversies will be incinerated with them.

Earth

"10:1 For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect. 10:2 For then would they not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more Conscience of sins. 10:3 But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance again made of sins every year. 10:4 For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.

10:5 Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me: 10:6 In Burnt Offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure. 10:7 Then said I, Lo, I come, in the volume of the book it is written of me, to do thy will, O God.

10:8 Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law; 10:9 Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second. 10:10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. 10:11 And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins: 10:12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God [see What Is Jesus Christ Doing Right Now?]; 10:13 From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool. 10:14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified [see Sanctify].

10:15 Whereof the Holy Ghost [see also Spirit of God or Ghost of God?] also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before, 10:16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; 10:17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. 10:18 Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin." (Hebrews 10:1-18 KJV)
