The Risen Kingdom

The coming Kingdom of God will grow through the entire earth by means of the "risen" citizens of that Kingdom, their King already being the first to have risen:

"13:33 Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened." (Matthew 13:31-33 KJV)

"He is not here: for he is risen"

Christ died and was resurrected, rising from the dead to make possible the same salvation for His people in due time (see When Will You Be Judged?; also Could Christ Return Tonight?):

Earth

"28:6 He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. 28:7 And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you." (Matthew 28:6-7 KJV)

Christ now serves as the risen High Priest of the coming Kingdom of God (see What Is Jesus Christ Doing Right Now?):

"8:32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? 8:33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth. 8:34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us." (Romans 8:32-34 KJV)

Christ is the first to rise, making possible the rising of others.

"15:20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept [see What Happens When You Die?].

15:21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

15:23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming." (1 Corinthians 15:20-23 KJV)

The first resurrection will occur on the day of Christ's return. They will meet the LORD in the air (see 'To Meet The Lord In The Air') and then immediately descend with Him to earth where the Kingdom of God will begin and grow.

"4:14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. 4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God [see The True Christian Holy Days: Lesson 4]: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord." (1 Thessalonians 4:14-17 KJV)

Fact Finder: What sort of carnal "rising up" behavior will prevent those who do so from taking part in the future rising up to eternal life?
